We work frequently with service companies, manufacturers, and distributors, primarily those with a high number of products and a high inventory turn. We are working with many struggling companies in the $750,000- 3 million range right now. Psychographics: We are looking for clients who are open-minded, progressive, and open to trying a new approach to something that isn’t new (sales and marketing). Ideally, we’re interested in people looking to move their sales and marketing to the next level, who have typically tried to do something in-house but just haven’t been able to get desired results. They need to value and see how a process and consulting can help them where training and “coaching” haven’t been able to.
Timing: It’s ideal to start your fiscal year with a new program, but in actuality, improving sales and learning to drive your business works any time of year.
